Carpet Cleaning Procedure

Denis Carpet Cleaning uses a 2 step cleaning process to make sure and get your carpet as clean as possible. The first step involves spraying a carpet pre-spray that helps loosen up the dirt and the oils that get trapped in your carpet. Step 2 is to neutralize and remove the pre-spray using a fiber rinse that helps get your carpet much cleaner. During your carpet cleaning we will treat any stains that you point out to us and attempt to remove them using a large selection of carpet spot removers. Not all stains are guaranteed to come out but we have found that most stains will come out.

Upholstery Cleaning Procedure

We clean all types of fabrics at Denis Carpet Cleaning. So before we begin the cleaning process for your upholstery we try and identify the type of fabric that it is made of. The two most common fabrics that we have found is Natural Fiber and Synthetic Fiber, both of which are cleaned using our 2 step cleaning process.

Deodorizer

Sometimes carpet can acquire an unwanted smell so with our Deodorizer we can manage to remove those smells and make your carpet smell amazing. We us our 2 step cleaning process first and then once that has been completed we will spray our deodorizer which does not mask the smell but instead has an enzyme that breaks down the bacterias that cause your carpet to smell, leaving your carpet smelling fresh.

Protector

Carpet protectors provide protection against the four main contaminants; soil, stains, spills, and oil, preventing them from becoming embedded, making carpets easier to clean and lasting longer.
